Karen Eltis' book generates excitement!
Karen Eltis' book entitled "Courts, Litigants and the Digital Age" published in February 2012 is already generating much discussion. Yesterday afternoon, it was the subject of a book review published in the Financial Post.
The book review written by Mitch Kowalski underlines how Professor Eltis paints an accurate picture of the issues judges must face in a technological era as well as the repercussions that these issues will have on the judicial system.
One of Professor Eltis' colleagues is cited in the article stating that this is a topic that makes judges "freak out" showing just how pertinent the publication of this book is!
