Pascale Fournier devient titulaire de la Chaire de recherche sur le pluralisme juridique
La Professeure Pascale Fournier s’est récemment vue accorder la Chaire de recherche de l’Université d’Ottawa sur le pluralisme juridique et le droit comparé. La titulaire de la Chaire mènera des projets de grande envergure qui s’attarderont aux normes culturelles, religieuses et juridiques des communautés minoritaires et leur impact sur les systèmes juridiques des pays occidentaux.

Conference on the topic of religion, law and social theory

Program of Research Contracts on Canadian Bijuralism
The Department of Justice Canada’s Program of Research Contracts on Canadian Bijuralism is open to full-time students registered in an undergraduate law program and graduate students who hold an undergraduate law degree from a Canadian university. The application deadline is January 17, 2011.
